feature/get test results from diagnostic device connector #118

Tell us about your request! We'd like to ship a feature that allows us to retrieve a test results from a diagnostic device through the connector

What is envisioned is that clicking on a button will retrieve the test results from an API that has been shared by Clement the diagnostics consultant. This will prefill the test results panel with the information needed to create save the test results and create a diagnostic report

Which app does this concern? Provider portal

What will be benefit of this feature? Reduce the risk of manual error from lab results entry Increase speed of processing labs and reduce turnarond time

This is what we got from Clement but it has to be put up on Readme
