Tell us about your request! CE team needs a report to summarize patient visits. It describes total number of clients (patients) seen on a particular day across provider locations (includes both new and existing patients)

Which app does this concern? Provider portal

What will be benefit of this feature? We can track the progress of service adoption, monitor trends and take better decisions

Describe the solution you'd like Create a report and dashboard via metabase. The report will be tabular and contain the following fields:

  1. Patient name
  2. Doctor name
  3. Patient name
  4. Doctor name
  5. Patient type
  6. Time of encounter
  7. Visit date
  8. Status (confirmed, rescheduled, pending, appointment time expired)

The report will also have the following filters:

  1. Provider locations
  2. Date of patient visit
  3. Date range filter
  4. Doctor name
  5. Patient type (new or existing)
  6. Report type
  7. Status (confirmed, rescheduled, pending, appointment time expired)
  8. Service category
  9. Time of first encounter
  10. Date of first encounter

Will discuss dashboard in a subsequent meeting

This needs to be done by encounters instead of visits.

Recommendation: Filter bills by consultation and exclude registration bills based on name set

Patient attendance growth/footfall (YoY, or monthly)
