bugfix/update pharmacy bill display #2

Describe the bug Some improvements need to be made for the display for bills especially for requested services (pharmacy, diagnostics). Bill currently shows up as prescribed by the doctor instead of the pharmacist

To Reproduce

  1. Switch to pharmacy workspace
  2. Click on "new prescription" at the pharmacy dashboard
  3. Select the drugs and quantity to dispense
  4. Proceed to checkout (select patient and payment method)
  5. Dispense the medication You'll notice that the payment receipt displayed in the app shows the doctor as the one who dispensed the medication and the pharmacist as blank

Expected behavior When we display the It's important to display the following acccurately:

  1. The practitioner requesting the service or product (doctor) If a pharmacy bill, use the label Pharmacist If a diagnostic bill, use the label Practitioner

  2. The practitioner who fulfilled the request (pharmacist or biomedical scientist) Use the label Requested by

These will likely be expanded when ER and IPD comes into the scene with introduction of procedures
