Tell us about your request! CE team needs a report to detail patient wait times. It tracks patient wait time across the various units. Here's a typical patient journey:

1. Check-in
2. Payment
3. Triage
4. Consultation encounter (start time, patient profile viewed)
5. Service request payment
6. Service request sample collection
7. Service request report generated
8. Review of diagnostic report
9. Medication request
10. Medication dispense (payment)
11. Visit end (could be optional?)

What will be benefit of this feature? Helps to track patient journey to improve delivery of care in terms of time. Also helps evaluate efficiency of scheduling and practitioner performance

Describe the solution you'd like Create a report via metabase. The report will be tabular and contain the following fields:

1. Patient name
2. Patient mr number
3. Service or product name
4. Encounter date
5. Encounter time
6. Primary performer name (Doctor name)
7. Encounter start time (View date time)
8. Encounter started by (Viewed by)
9. Time delta (Time difference)
10. Close date time
11. Closed by There's also another report "Patient Track Report". @dexios1 has requested for a copy via email from Sylvia Quansah

It's going to be helpful creating patient visit history to log each of these activities.
