bugfix/show diagnostic observation by display instead of code

Describe the bug Show the display (instead of the code) for each observation in the diagnostic report. E.g. we should see Genetic Observation Interpretation instead of _GENETICOBSERVATIONINTERPRETATION

Impact Presenting the information in a user friendly manner helps patients and doctors better understand diagnostic reports

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Switch to diagnostic workspace
2. Raise a new diagnostic request for a Urinalysis test, receive payments, take a sample, and enter results
3. You'll notice that on the test results, some values are the codes instead of the displays

Expected behavior For results whose values are selected from a dropdown, we need to see the display value and not the code
