bugfix/update sort inventory

Describe the bug Inventory items are currently not sorted by earliest expiry date

Impact We run the risk of later having items expiring because they were not dispensed earlier

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
