Describe the bug Possible to select more than available quantity of a pharmacy item for dispense

Impact What is the impact of this problem?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Switch to pharmacy workspace
  2. Select a patient
  3. Switch to prescriptions tab on profile
  4. Select items to dispense.
  5. Exhaust the quantity
  6. Add to cart
  7. Select the item again and add more quantities
  8. You should have something similar to the screenshot below

Expected behavior Shouldn't be able to dispense more than quantity available
