Describe the bug Sometimes, when you update the page size for a table, it doesn't change it. Sometimes it does. This needs to be accurate and predictable

Impact Doctors would like to see a much large list of patients on a visits but can't. Some patients may be missed as a result.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Reception workspace
  2. Click on diagnostic orders in the sidebar
  3. Search for a completed service request by it's date
  4. You'll notice that there's no date range filter to search by requested date
  5. Also, the total dataset size shows the page size instead of the count

Expected behavior

  1. When the page size is changed to n we should see n rows of data.
  2. We should see the total count of the dataset length
