Tell us about your request! Should be possible to raise multiple service requests like is done with prescriptions

Which app does this concern? Provider portal

What will be benefit of this feature? Speed improvements for doctors

Describe the solution you'd like TBD: Richmond will host an interview with Fred and Dr. Darko to clarify requirements. Seems straightforward though. See screenshot below for ideas: image

Describe alternatives you've considered Doctors currently request for this one after the other

@seddie62 , try adding 5 labs. Not able to access the rest of the page when it gets longer

Hi @seddie62,

@DanielDarko12 and Dr. Ghartey also agree that the add labs button should be at the bottom of the form like with medications for consistency and accessiblility
