Create a report via metabase and update the diagnostic report
The report will be tabular and contain the following fields:
Patient name
Mobile
Airline and final destination (if travelling) - currently missing
Passport
Birth date - currently missing from report
Age
Payer (company name) - currently missing from report
Gender
Panabios QR code (for diagnostic report)
The BI report will also have the following filters:
Payer
Patient mr number
Patient name
Patient birth date
Patient gender
Price tier
