Tell us about your request! Cashiers would like to have additional details displayed in PDF/printed patient transaction receipts

Which app does this concern? Provider portal?

What will be benefit of this feature? More context on the bill providers patients and cashiers with information and context for faster accurate decision making e.g. who to send the patient to

Describe the solution you'd like Include the following details on the patient's receipt:

  1. Mobile number
  2. MR number
  3. Primary performing practitioner (Doctor for consultations, BioMed Scientist for diag, Pharmacist for dispenses)

Describe alternatives you've considered Cashiers currently search for the patient and their upcoming consultations in app

This updates the priorities of asks for the finance team:

  1. Printing claims (ETA: Friday EOD)
  2. Raise multiple bills (ETA: Monday EOD)
  3. Request multiple labs (ETA: Monday EOD)
  4. Cash sales reporting - EOD reports (ETA: exact date TBD but sometime next week) This includes: Group bills under cashier Group bills for each day by date of payment
  5. Updates to receipts (ETA: exact date TBD but sometime next week)
