design/create an admin bill

Tell us about your request! We need a feature to create bill that may not be related to clinical activities.

Cintext: Some bills are not related to a clinical activity - like registering a new patient. That means there is no activity that will automatically trigger them and so someone needs to take an action of creating those bills. Those bills will fall under the category of an administrative bill and should be created from the billing workspace.

What app does this concern? Provider portal

What will be benefit of this feature? CEEs will not have to create registration bills by starting patient visits under the registration bills. Patients can payments for services like printing a membership card etc.

Describe the solution you'd like Design a prototype that fits the following User journey:

1. Switch to billing workspace
2. On dashboard, click "Create new bill". This opens up the modal to create a new bill
3. From the list of patients, search for a patient, click them and proceed
4. Choose a service, a price tier, and enter a reason for creating the bill
5. Select a payment method (or skip to just raise the bill)
6. Finish
