Tell us about your request! Products sold can be returned in full or part in exchange for refund. This typically would happen at the pharmacy - although it can also cover other use cases like the sale of medical devices. Practitioners will need a way to receive these items and refund

Which app does this concern? Provider portal

What will be benefit of this feature? Providers can maintain an accurate snapshot of their inventory. Bills will be reported accurately, patients will have a better experience across sites

Describe the solution you'd like Let's start this in the pharmacy workspace. Here is the user journey:

  1. On the pharmacy dashboard, select "Process a refund"
  2. Search for the patient requesting a refund
  3. You will see a list of paid bills for which a refund can be requested
  4. For each bill, enter the quantity of items returned and a reason
  5. Review the summary and finish the refund process
