feature/save patient review notes when switching to next part of SOAP notes in patient encounter #90

Tell us about your request! Doctors would like to autosave notes in patient review if not saved before proceeding the record a diagnosis (or another section of the encounter wizard)

Which app does this concern? Provider portal

What will be benefit of this feature? Notes will not be missed, context will not be lost and patients can be treated better

Describe the solution you'd like Please see the loom video below and share your thoughts

Describe alternatives you've considered Right now doctors need to hit the save button for sections that do not immediately autosave
