Clear up reaction events and add missing fields/super reaction support #2866

We give the data to the users as a Reaction which does not incorporate everything, and new fields have recently been added to the event.

Notably:

discord/discord-api-docs#6375 & discord/discord-api-docs#6873
ReactionAdd does not return message_author_id.
Member is never received over the gateway for ReactionRemove, but our documentation does not state this.
