I see that official supported last version is python 3.11
so the question about running tool on 3.12 is actual

maybe is outdate , try use pip install pydumpck --upgrade

I have the same problem, did you solve it? @serfend windows 10 tested in python versions 3.11 and 3.9.13
check if any error occurred in install package like folling.Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required.
you should download and install it first.
