Thanks for the quick response. I have a couple more if you're willing to give me the courtesy. What 'flavor' of Asterisk are you using (I am currently using Freepbx, albeit transitioning to IncrediblePBX or possibly VitalPBX, although I'm not sure about VitalPBX). Do you have an opinion on using any of these solutions?
Lastly, it would be great to have functionality that would notify a suitecrm user if someone calls, albeit doesn't leave a message, maybe via Task etc... Any thoughts on that as well?
For the last question, I have near zero programming skills, however, with that said, I'm willing to work with/help you, and I have been amazed at how much I can do using AI/ChatGPT (and other code generating tools), including webhooks in the CRM etc...
