Ship Odyssey: New Game Structure, Level 5, Data Clearing #111

The new game structure is in place. (Collect treasures, spend rats, game ends after two hook misses). Small Hook Mission (aka. Level 5) implemented. Data clearing checkbox on new mission should work.
