Chainsaw Proposal: Draggable Measuring Tape #163

Ryan and I were discussing this idea last Friday.

It would be nice if, after playing a round, the player could drag the measuring tape onto the play area, to check the size of his/her cuts against the target length.

Good idea, I'd like to see Ryan propose to Cliff to see if he supports it, and priority level.
