ShipOdyssey: Turn down sensitivity of hook drag to allow for decimal increments #186

Progress made, but also a new bug: The hook drag can now go outside of t he window. But if it's released outside of the "ship" area, but inside of the game, the "mouse up" isn't heard. I'm working on this.

Newest version in place. Decimal dragging is allowed, but without increased sensitivity.
