When mousing over the scale I might see a location of 50.3, then I click on the scale and the yellow bar jumps there, but the hook location changes to 50.0. The difference between the 50.3 and 50.0 values is confusing.
Check with Cliff on this, but I think that when I click and the hook moves, it should match what is shown on the scale.
