Can you please provide your graphics card info to go with this? especially the driver version. Thank you!

I believe this issue has nothing to do with Milton but a graphics card software related issue.

Just as an example, below is another discussions thread, on the same issue (manifesting itself as green lines) while using another software: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/green-horizontal-lines-amp-distorted-colors/td-p/11188074

(Assuming it is not the latest) Please update your graphics card driver to the latest version. If it is already version (and installing over is possible) you can try re-installing otherwise uninstall & reinstall.

As per one of the comments in the aforementioned thread, graphics card driver updated fixed green-lines-issue in the past, and hopefully will fix it in your case too.
