Duplicated game doesn't have the data message #2923

🐞 Bug description

Duplicated game should be same with original game. But it doesn't have the data message

🔢 Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a simple wargame
  2. Send message from the wargame
  3. Go to admin page https://serge-inet.herokuapp.com/serge/admin
  4. Duplicate wargame in step1
  5. Play the duplicated wargame
  6. Notice it doesn't include message in step2

Notice : Issue doesn't happend on 'Develop' branch

Duplicated game should be same with original game.
