Here is one proposal how to indicate it.

When the next mark is announced the following can be said:

• Bear away -- Mark SC7 is 40 degrees to the left, followed by Black on long starboard -- Mark SC7 is 40 degrees to the left, followed by Black on starboard fetch -- Mark SC7 is 40 degrees to the left, followed by Black on even run
• Gybe set -- Mark SC7 is 40 degrees to the left, followed by Black on long port -- Mark SC7 is 40 degrees to the left, followed by Black on port fetch
