Add persistent cookiejar, hide mouse cursor

Add a persistent cookiejar in case you want to reuse your cookies the next time you run the program. By default the PersistentCookieJar isn't used (in line with the current behaviour).
Hide mouse cursor By default the mouse cursor isn't hidden (in line with the current behaviour)

It would be nice if you define new options in 'resources/qt-webkit-kiosk.ini' file with some info about them.
