License says Apache-2.0 but Boost is distributed under Boost license 1.0 #62

It is unclear to me how to interpret the difference in the license of this NuGet package (Apache 2.0) and Boost itself (Boost license 1.0). I would suggest using the Boost license also for the NuGet package, for easier paperwork.
