In order to scale your efforts, I would recommend trying to streamline the onboarding process for your partners as much as you can. Examples of how to do this can be:
Creating a document (in the local language) that outlines all the resources a partner will need to read to onboard (API reference, app review process/guidelines, etc)
Creating a document (in the local language) of the co-marketing structure that you create (you can create tiers that partners much reach to “unlock” certain co-marketing opportunities, for example a minimum amount of installs or reviews)
Setting up office hours which your partners can book to discuss with you. A good practice is to have slots of 15 minutes for blocks of a few hours, twice a week, to consolidate calls with partners as much as she can. Otherwise, your calendar can get booked up pretty fast, leaving no time for other projects.
