Fixing Travis CI bug #44

Last PR #43 passed Travis CI successfully, but the Documentation was not pushed to the GitHub pages. Possibly, this is due to ProtoSyn failing to identify the loaded conda environment.

Currently, the online documentation has been manually defined (by pushing content to the gh-pages branch). By merging this branch (which is passing Travis CI), new documentation should automatically be pushed to this branch (and online). An error is to be expected, though.
