This should receive a VLAN ID and return the name of the VLAN, how many users are online, how many are offline and if many users became offline at a similar time, what time was that. However, if most users are online, also return 6 bandwidth use averages of 5 minutes intervals from the last 3 hours spread at regular time distance between them.
