Find the ID of the ONU from where the user connected last time and note if it is an ONU from a CTO. If any user match or if there's spaces or special characters in the request, return the name of the clients that are similar to that along with the username and address. If the first word of the request is CTO, then find CTO names similar to the rest of the given string.
