Determining scale of tangibles #266

At Tangible level, we need to add a sort of tag in order to make the scale of 
tangibles more accurate. Tags could be brain area, cells, subcellular, 
lobes... 
For instance, while importing a picture of the hippocampus to the client, 
user could select "brain area" to be the tag, and that way the scale of the 
new tangible is given according to what the tag is.
