Fixes on project architecture

[x] enable rollup automatically serve production files
[x] integrate p5js (canvas) with rollup

Rollup is now responsible for creating compiled files that are stored in the src/public folder. We have tested this configuration by using Cypress test/cypress/e2e/parsing.cy.js script.
