certificate renewal #85

hi,

I would like to have a full sample of certificate renewal.
I tried to renew certificate against Microsoft NDES:
- 1st time, stored : private key, public key, challenge password, identity 
certificate
- renewal time : used the previously stored keys and identity certificate

tested with challenge password, and without, but it did not work.
That is why I would like a sample?

Did you get any errors reported in NDES?
