3 years ago I'm gonna close this PR since I made the required work in dev/musicmod and I'll merge that one instead.

Thank you for this!! 😍 I need to make sure it works in all platforms, hopefully it will flawlessly, but I'll do that after merging it.
This will definitely improve performance in less powerful devices like PSP and Nintendo 2DS, so I can't wait to give it a try!!
