Add a sufix to the snap name so that people don't associate it with Darktable team as the snap is unmaintained and doesn't follow the Darktable releases.

The snap shouldn't be associated with the upstream project because I'm the publisher. If you want to propose the upgrade, I'd be happy to review, otherwise it'll happen once I have time.
