Old dated Versions? #33

While downloading necessray libraries, i got this errror: [Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow for your version.

Do you update NicMS lesion? Is it applicable or not?

Thanks for your comment. I agree with you that the code is old :(

We should move it to Pytorch, the framework we are using right now.

Let me see if I have some time to upload it to Pytorch.
