Probably a problem with keyframe detection

I am not sure how to reproduce this... Stream capture is held by OpenCV, looks like video source has nothing to do with key frames. Load average is quite high though.

Added ffmpeg video writer ea77815, this might help in case of some problems with video files. Anyway closing this due to inactivity.
