Use separate temporary directory for each build profile #20

Otherwise we might get extra packages added to ISO image when previously build (first) profile(s) has larger set of packages than currently build profile.

By setting $simple_cdd_temp variable early in profile build script we can address this and put temporary data (especially mirrored with reprepro(1) into separate directories.

Fixed in master branch with commit 85370ac16cc3 ("simple-cdd-meta/debian: Use per build profile temporary directory").
