Fix for #18 and #19 Topcoder no longer supports HTTP login Updated urls as per topcoders new login interface and added options to connect to enable https

NOTE: I'm not fluent with ruby, just tweaked it to make it work. Tested only on my local machine

Wow, does this really work? Hmm, maybe it does. Anyway I got another approach working on the latest release, but thanks for the effort @webglider!
