Add Weapon Rune Options to Top Gear #419

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I find myself re-simming with different Weapon Runes frequently, especially as my characters reach the DR breakpoints for their top 1-2 stats. Weapon Runes function a lot like Gems, allowing you to shift a pretty large number of secondaries (especially for dual wielders), and the best Rune to use can easily change as the stats on your gear shift and grow.

EDIT: for clarity, I'm talking about the Hissing/Howling/Buzzing Runes, not DK Runeforges.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to select multiple Weapon Runes to sim in Top Gear, just like selecting multiple Gems or Enchants.

Describe alternatives you've considered For now, I simply re-run the Top Gear with various Rune configurations (sometimes 4+ times).

Additional context Swapping the Rune(s) you use in-game is an incredibly easy change, but it's not so easy to actually sim. Given how easy and cheap it is to change Weapon Runes compared to Gems and Enchants, I think it should be easier to sim.
