Upgrading a 2H With Only Flightstones when you have 1H/OH Upgraded #440

Describe the bug I am looking to sim a 476 upgraded version of a 2H staff. Raidbots believes I need to use crests, however in-game I can upgrade it with only flightstones due to having already upgraded a 1H and OH to 476 on this character.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Top Gear (simc below)
  2. Click on Eternal Kindler's Greatstaff
  3. Attempt to ugprade
  4. See it requires Wyrm Crests

Expected behavior In game, I can upgrade this item with only flightstones and do not need to supply crests.
