Starts the basic application and test runs:

Lua
SDL input poll
OpenGL rendering context \ Does not test shaders atm because Travis uses OpenGL ES 3.0 which we don't support

Running on Travis with xvfb, but only for OSX. Add test.sh and test.ps1 convenience scripts. test.sh is used in .travis.yml.
