random crashes using gitweb #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup mongoose to use with gitweb
(http://asimilatorul.com/adapter/post/git-instaweb-using-mongoose-and-msysgit/)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
random crashes:
Unhandled exception at 0x004031d6 in mongoose4instagit.exe: 0xC0000005:
Access violation reading location 0x00000454.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mongoose 2.8, windows xp, windows server 2008

Please provide any additional information below.
- gitweb/git 1.6.5.1

- mongoose_error.log is empty

- mongoose.conf:

Is there any debug-enabled binary in order to pin-point the problem? It could be
something strange in the perl side.
