Unable to install MacType #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Simply trying to install the program.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2013.1231.0 in Vista Business SP2 x86

Please provide any additional information below.

I get this error when trying to install MacType. Has anyone else had this 
issue? If so, how did you get past the error?
