[Feature]: Implement event cleanup for older/expired events #8

Some sort of a hard limit on number of events might work
Expire when event is older than N months (~3 maybe)

When looping through the saved event.json files, could order the folders by time and then loop through them adding events until the limit is hit or the folder date is passed expiration.
