We have started edtr.io many years ago in a time when where not many great alternatives for editor frameworks. In the meanwhile many things have changed: Editors like slate have seen major improvements and editor frameworks like Lexical from facebook have been released. Since we do not want to maintain an editor framework which shall be an alternative to slate / Lexical and co: Can we replace the core framework of the Serlo editor to another editor framework?
Note: We decided to develop and improve in edtr.io (Serlo Editor) for the foreseeable future while keeping an open mind and experimenting with other solutions...
