refactor: Add all webhook triggers to enmeshed configuration

@hejtful Thanks for asking. Previously, enmeshed always triggered the webhook. Now we have to choose, to which trigger it should occurr. We have an abstract enough webhook endpoint, so it is safe to call it at every trigger.
