Embed serlo content plugin: Transform pasted content url into just the id #101

Currently, pasting a full url instead of an id will only show the serlo.org header without content.

When a user enters a full url like https://de.serlo.org/mathe/62045/rechnen-mit-ganzen-zahlen it should become 62045.

This is the current behavior on serlo.org and should be implemented here as well.
