Version 2.1.0: Use editor from package, remove submodule

• Use editor npm package. Remove frontend git submodule. A newer version of the editor code is used including some new features/fixes/...

Open TODOs:

• [x] ReferenceError: assignment to undeclared variable Term when running yarn dev. Plugin inputExercise uses package algebra.js and in this line the error happens. Term is never declared using let/var/const. Lars could not figure out how to ignore this error yet. Attempt at a fix here: https://github.com/serlo/frontend/pull/3348
• [x] Error: Attempt to use instance data outside of provider! in mayEdit=false @LarsTheGlidingSquirrel

What to check:

• yarn dev -> localhost:8100 needs to render the example content without issues.
• setting m̀ayEdit=false in url needs to show the static renderer view without issues.
• yarn docker:build needs to run without errors and starting docker container using yarn docker:run should work and editor should show up on localhost:3000

Older notes

- locally it pretty much works - there are definitely some styles missing/broken (weird because most seem to work) - had to deactivate tailwind `jit` mode to make styles of this repo work - CI breaks down unfortunately, did not investigate it yet - deactivated some plugins @hejtful update: - all the styles seem to work now locally - tailwind jit mode is reactivated and seems to work
