predesigned pages: add a5 version #142

sorry for the delay! some pages are a bit full now, but in general the change to A5 went ok. The big pro is, that we can use the same font sizes etc.

@kulla: maybe you can check the files for obvious problems.

Thanks, very nice work! I just noticed page 10 and 11 seem very blurry to me. Could be just my pdf renderer (evince and okular), but I would like someone else to double-check.

Same for me (see #143). I'll merge it so that the code for the a5 / a4 version can be created.

I 'd say we don't need to merge to create code for it, we can just do it on the branch and merge the whole feature next time :)
